Have CNA certification moving to Texas need certification information

Hi everybody I'm from California and I have an opportunity to work to Kindred hospital in Dallas Texas, I'm certified in California how do I transfer my certification to Texas CNA Any information is apperciated

all you have to do is call Cali's CNA/Nurse registry and see if the certification is recipicol to texas...i know ohio and texas are interchangable ( i had to find this out in order to go to LPN school in ohio and i'm getting my CNA in texas) they told me as long as i am in good standing here in texas that i just call ohio and they send me a form to fill out and i mail it back and they mail me an ohio certificate. i wish i had the number for you but the phone number is probably on the back of your cerifitcate or card. hope that helps

thank you for that post because im trying to do the same thing i live in ohio andi want to move to austin texas and im a cna i didnt know it would transfer
