Has anyone had any rights violated with the Texas Board of Nursing with an Order for Non Disclosure?

Are you stating you had a non-disclosure order that came to light? Because the TXBON apparently reserves the right to treat that as a "character and fitness" issue.... meaning (I think) that you may still have to answer more questions.
