Has anyone recently been an "alternate" for admissions to blinn college, Bryan tx?

So today I found out that I'm an alternate for admission to blinn...I have no concept of what the chances are of me getting in and I'm having trouble getting ahold of the office. Has anyone ever had this happen/know someone if happened to???

I just found out today that I am an alternate as well. I emailed the administrative assistant, Ms. Posey, asking her how many people were ahead of me on the list and she told me that I am the first alternate. Maybe ask her that same question and you could probably get a better idea of what your chances are.

Go you! Hopefully that means I'm second...lol. Did she give you any idea as to how likely alternates are to get in?

I emailed her and asked her that exact question but I haven't received a response yet. If I do, I will definitely let you know what she says.

I e-mailed her also, and I'm going up there tomorrow to turn in my statement of intent. If I find out anything useful I'll let you know too!
