Has anyone made it through probation and gone on to NP school?

Over the past few months, I have contemplated returning to school. My company supports continued education and offers a generous tuition reimbursement plan. I believe now is the perfect time to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact on my life and the lives of others. I am determined to show that I have learned from my past mistakes and that I am a different nurse today than in 2019. My goal is to demonstrate that while I have made mistakes, I can also learn and grow from them. If I weren't so ashamed of my story, I would use it to teach others how to make better choices and avoid the heartbreak and devastation I went through.
