I am trying to retieve my transcript fom Lenox Hill School of nursing from 1972 and have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know who to contact ?

The state board of nursing that originally licensed you might have a copy of your original transcript from this school.

Disclaimer: I live and work in a major city in Texas.

One of my former coworkers earned her LVN license after attending American Career College in Los Angeles back in 2007. She then earned her RN license after attending West Coast University in 2009. She had to move to Texas in 2010 because the southern California job market became extremely brutal for nurses soon after the economic meltdown of '08 and '09.

I worked with her for a few months this spring at a rehab hospital, but she resigned. She is now working at a LTAC hospital in a mid-sized city in Texas.
