Has anyone gotten their letter from Adelphi for Fall 08?

I don't think you should be worried because I applied towards the end of January and I still haven't heard anything. I just got my NET scores in the mail the other day. If you go on Adelphis website you can check the status of your application. Mine says that my application is complete and they will send me a decision shortly, so I don't think they have sent out the decision letters yet.

Mine said complete also. I called and they told me to call back if I have not received my letter by Thursday of this week. My NET scores and transcripts were posted March 1st but they said my payment didn't get posted until March 7th. I thought that was weird because I did the online appl. with credit card payment on Feb 20th.

I will let you know. They also said Eriworld sometimes sends the NET results directly to the nursing dept and that can take time for them to send over to admissions. They said they are swamped with applications right now (not just nursing). I will keep you informed and please do the same if you hear anything.

I spoke with admissions this morning and they said my application may have gone to "re-read" because I have 4 different transcripts. They said it usually takes 3-4 weeks generally to hear back but a re-read could take an extra 2 weeks past that. They told me to call back if I haven't heard anything by the 11th. UGG!! I get a different response every time I call.

I got a letter from Adelphi saying that they need my transcript from the college I am attending now for this spring 2008 semester before they can further evaluate my application. I called admissions and they said that this is because they want to make sure my GPA doesn't go down at the end of this semester. So basically I won't find anything out from them until the beginning of June because my spring grades won't be in until the 23rd of May.

I would take that as a good sign that you will get in if your spring grades are good. It stinks that you will have to wait until June but at least you didn't receive a "no" on admissions.

I still haven't heard anything yet.

What campus will you be at? I will be at GC.

I hope so. I applied for the GC campus. i only recently found out that they had a Manhattan campus I would actually prefer to go to that one.
