Hi Anna,

I applied to CCP for 2020 and took the Kaplan 11/25 and am just waiting to hear from them. I got an 84 on the test

Oh wow great score . I will take test only in January . If you don’t mind what was on science any question about blood flow or asthma ? I’m mostly scary about English because I’m foreign student . With score 84 you will be accepted 100 percent

I wouldn't worry too much about the science because CCP normally does not count the Science portion. They only use the Science score if you and someone else has the exact same score, GPA and other criteria.

They use your composite score which is the average of your math, reading, and writing scores.

I will be honest the Math and Reading was not bad but the Writing was hard for me. It was most like Language Arts class.

I know about a science , btw I want to be prepared for this part too . English is hard for me , because all the time when I do main idea , I do it wrong . I think a have different logic .my gpa is great. I never study in USA high school and it’s a problem , because in my country all exams are oral not test . I heard math mostly fraction , percentage . My friend took Kaplan at NYC and she told me she has question about asthma ( she was in stress and remember only this one )

I thought there was be cohort every year. The deadline for LPN is later than traditional. I just need to have 3 of the pre reqs completed by May 31st.

No I believe I do not. I was trying to see if CCP takes science and nutrition credit from portage learning. It’s a site that offers nursing pre req classes. It’s through Geneva college which is accredited. Most Nursing schools at the surrounding universities take it, I just wanted to confirm CCP takes their credits before paying for it.

Oh ok , great news you don’t need to take this exam . I’m so nervous about reading part , because English is not my. Native language. And the program really competitive. I wish you good luck . I transfer credits from my native country , I hope you can do it too !!!
