Has anyone been accepted into Frontier's FNP program with a 3.0?

Published

I am currently looking into FNP schools and have heard great things about Frontier. My cumulative GPA is a 3.08 and my BSN overall GPA is also a 3.08. I have been a nurse for 2 years. 1 year of neuro ICU experience at a level 1 hospital, and 1 year experience on a med/surg floor. Has anyone been accepted into their program with this low of a gpa?

My GPA is the same as yours 3.08, I've been waitlisted for the PMHNP program January start....so I'm patiently waiting!

At Frontier? I haven't applied yet but really hope I can get in there or Michigan State.

If you're waitlisted, does that mean you'll get in for sure and you may just have to start a later term?

No, it means you have to wait for someone to give up their slot in order for them to move you off the wait list.

Right.. I was waitlisted for my BSN and and got accepted into that cohort, however if I didn't get into that cohort they would have put me into the next. I was curious if Frontier did it the same way?
