Hi All Nurses. My first post here

I am a night nurse.

I am employed full time at an SNF. Half my week is floor nursing, half supervising. I have many stressful nights but I love my job and look forward to my shift most of the time. We are understaffed a lot of times because we have a high turn over. Overall this is one of the better SNFs in my opinion. But A lot of people hate it here. Coworkers complain constantly and I don't know why there is so much negativity, and i used to not focus on it too much, but lately it seems to be get
