[color=#00bfff] 2 shirts, 1 lab jacket, 3 school emblems for shirts, stethoscope, bp cuff, pen light, and a few otherlittle things-stille need white pants and white shoes
[color=#00bfff]3. went over paperwork-lots of paperwork
[color=#00bfff]4. current students talked to us about their experiences and what to expect
[color=#00bfff]5. list of books - (800 dollars! eeeek) hoping i get a couple of the scholarships i applied for!
[color=#00bfff]6.summer work!!! (a+p- 3 chapters along with about 20 pages of worksheets (mostly medical terminology) i already finished all the worksheets, math- first 6 chapters (i havent done that yet because i havent ordered the book, ati- 5 modules with tests to watch (tried to do one of them but there seems to be a glitch in the system so i am waiting for my nursing director to get back to me to let me know if its been fixed) lets hope my ambition stays with me the next 12 months!
i can not wait for august 31st to come so i can pass in all my work and getting going on the program. i can not wait to graduate.
my two worries are that
1) i will not be able to handle working approx. 35 hours a week at the high school. pretty much the only reason i am going to try too is because i work in a tutoring room, which allows me to do my own work while i help the students with theirs. also 110 minutes of the day i don't have any students to work with. and i will have great staff support.
2) the guilt of not seeing my son as much as i would like too will be hard. but deep down i know that this is will help him. i am already planning a really nice vacation for my family of three after i graduate! i am going to miss them. my only day off is friday and every other weekend!
