Just curious about the initial dosage calculations test we are taking. If you took it already, how hard was it and did they include a conversions chart with the exam? The paper work I received said that the conversion chart included in our packet would also be included on the exam. Problem is, I never received a conversion chart in my packet so I am memorizing all of the conversions. Anyway, just wondering how difficult you thought it was.

It's pretty easy. And yes, they do include a conversion chart for you to use with the exam. The hardest part for me was doing long division without a calculator. :) I didn't review very much for it, and got 100%. But I work in the field and do dosage calculations all the time.
Also, if you don't get 100% you just have to take the class and pass it of course.

It is pretty basic and they do include the conversion chart. If you don't have it, I would recommend stopping by the Nursing dept to get one. Also, there are a ton of websites for begining dosage calculations. I did not purchase the text and just practiced online and got a 100%.
