h1c visa , what will i do with it? i have no employer yet

I have an H1C visa which will expire this year and my problem is how can i apply for jobs with h1c visa? until now i am still in the philippines. Iwas not able to go to the US because the principal sponsor who petitioned for my visa stopped hiring overseas nurses. I tried so many times to apply online but i havent got any clear answers if iwas hired or everyone who just replied are all automatically generated emails...

Iwas not able to go because i am afraid if i arrive at the US port of entry at texas (texas is where the principal hospital is located who petitioned me).. Please I need some advise...

I think you will struggle as H1c is valid only for employer and I believe isn't of any use after this year. Also you can only use H1c with the14 hospitals that are allocated them

Hi thanks for the reply. do you know any of the employers who wish to hire nurses with h1 C visas? Ive tried two of them (among the 14 hospitals with h1c visas) but its so frustrating as of now because only automatically generated emails Ive got...

Would the port of entry at texas asks verification if my employer still hires me? because i have a valid visa... its just that, the hospital who petitioned ceased hiring. Can i search another RN job with another employer and apply there in the US?

Yes I think the POE may ask for employer verification. You need to find a employer before you activate it and they need to change it over to them (I think that is what is required) and I don't know of any of the H1c hospitals that are accepting foreign nurses so you may have to consider not making it over.

Usually you have 6 months to activate your visa and the employer is supposed to provide proof that you are going to be working for them to meet embassy requirements so really they should allow you to work
