nurses may qualify for the H1B visa given the following:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required for the position

2. There is no US Citizen or legal resident to fill the position

3. The applicant has the degree, training.

To be able to work as a nurse in the US, the minimum requirement is just an Associate or Diploma in Nursing. So a simple staff nurse won't qualify you. Certain specialties, like critical care, emergency room nursing, dialysis, and management position may qualify for an H1B, but still hard to know since there's a lot of qualified US citizen without a job.

But yeah, it's possible.

Also to add the employer has to apply for the visa not you and they have to pay all fees

thank you very much
