I applied to the nursing program too and looking back at the Gwinnett Tech 2024 forum, it looks like most people got an acceptance email around March 1st-March 5th. Now it could be completely different for this upcoming program, however I'd start checking emails like crazy starting March 1st. I wish everyone good luck!

I saw the same thing. Even went as far back as the 2023/22 forum LOL. Hopefully it's the same this year. Good luck to you too!

Just a heads up to everyone, you can see when the administration checks your information through Degree Works. There is a "last audit" section on the top of the page with a date and the date is when they pulled your information last. Of course it doesn't provide much info of when we are going to find out whether or not we got in, but at least its a little "hint hint" that they are looking into your information. Hope this helps!

Honestly, I kinda just skimmed over some quizlets the night before. I don't have the best study habits in the world (hence my 3.29 GPA 🥴).

You should be fine! I've heard the administration takes GPA and Kaplan scores into consideration 50/50. I spoke to a bunch of nursing students who started August 2024 and they said everyone who applied got in (although that is a rare occurrence for GTC). The Program Support Specialist for GTC said they think the reason that occurred was because a lot of students were not happy with their Kaplan score.

Wow, I can believe that. The first time I took it I was unhappy. It wouldn't have stopped me LOL but I get it.
