Looking to see if there are any students applying to GTC Fall 2022 and if so,what are their stats?

currently taking my last 2 classes before applying and Kaplan in January. I was told the competitive score was 85 on the Kaplan and 3.6 GPA. what are yours?

I spoke with enrollment a couple months ago to see where I can strengthen my application this upcoming cycle and @IamSam1 is correct. I was told they are looking for high 80-90% on the Kaplan (they said applicants that they “consider” score these numbers), and a 3.7 or higher for GPA. Currently sitting at a 3.6. Will also be taking Kaplan in January for this application cycle.

oh wow 3.7 that's higher than last year then. Are you still applying fall 2022?

Right, and yes I am but I'm also keeping my options open because you never know! Does anyone know if they're admitting over 60 students this semester again?

im not sure I haven't checked but im sure its probably the same.

I wish they provided an admission point system on their website. Does anyone know if they prioritize GPA or Kaplan test scores?

Good question! I would like to know the answer also. It’s tough getting specific answers pertaining to competitive admissions process.

Hello! Good luck to everyone applying! I’m currently in the program now. I remember the anxiety applying and just thought I’d try to help with any questions yall have! Last year the stats the competitive stats were 3.6 GPA and 83 and above on the Kaplan. They take both into consideration. It’s 50/50.

yes I recall you being on 2021 cohort post, congrats once again! how do you feel about the program? Any advice to those preparing to enter in fall '22?

Thank you for the support and insight into their selection process! I have the GPA portion secured so Im hoping my Kaplan score doesn't weigh me down a little.

Thank you!! And the program is great! It’s a little disorganized but they do the best they can. The professors really care about their students and want the very best. As far as advice in this stage, I would say just relax and spend as much time with your friends and family as you can! Once the program starts it’s very go go go. Maybe when I have time I’ll type up some advice for you all! There’s a lot to say LOL but for now just relax as much as possible! You all got this!! Good luck to everyone of you! And keep y’all’s heads up!
