GWA to GPA help

I've gone through some job listings here in the US and there are a couple that require a minimum GPA. As a nurse coming from the Philippines, our grading system is the GWA. Does anyone know of a way to convert GWA to GPA? Or on how to go about with these jobs that require GPAs. Thanks!
