Guys need your expert advice

Hi everyone!! Im confused.:banghead: well I just graduated nursing here in the philippines. But im a american citizen. So Im planning to go back to the states but im wondring if the hospitals there would recognize my bachelor of science in nursing there? Can I just directly take nclex there or do i still need to take the board exam here even if im u.s citizen? because someone told me that if u pass the board exam here it doesnt matter in the states. So im planning to just take nclex there then after i pass work as a nurse are they still goinh to hire me as a nurse even if i graduated from different country? Or do i still need to take toefl eilts etc? help guys. and your opinion would really be appreciated. God bless and tnx a lot!!:yeah:
