Gtube leaking on autisic child

I am a school nurse and there is a 9 year old boy who is blind, deaf, autistic and has a gtube. It leaks horrible. the balloon isn't leaking, but he constantly plays with his mickey, so I think hes made the opening larger. He went to the drs yesterday and they replaced the mickey, but its still leaking so badly. He wont leave a dressing on it.. we've tried wrapping a chucks around him, but he rips it off within seconds and he soaks through his clothing several times a day. any suggestions on what may work?

Perhaps a pediatric size abdominal binder if the parents and MD are in agreement?
