Growth and Development, Spirituality and Family Context in Nursing chapters???

Did these chapters REALLY transfer to the nursing world?? THese chapters dont seem interesting to me and seem like common sense, unlike the chapters of Oxygenation and Urinary system which i read and reread over and over!

Im scared if i overlook these chapters there are going to be some Q on the NCLEX or something important that i will need in the feild.

Growth and Development is extremely important. From peds all the way to the aging client. Family concepts is also going to be important, for example, the family systems theory. I understand that many of it sounds like common sense. But I would still read it. Some things are not quite common sense in these topics. Good Luck!
