Hi everyone,

This is my first post here. Allnurses has been such a great website. I enjoy reading all of the postings with so much insightful ideas and advice from others regarding healthcare careers overall.

I am applying for Nursing Fall 2014 at Grossmont. I look for other posting regarding this topic but find nothing. I decide to start one by myself.

I turned in my application last week and on my wait now.

Very curious about others who also apply for the next semester, what is your points, how do you feel, etc.

Also if anyone have experience applying for Fall semester before at Grossmont, I am also curious about date they send out the acceptance email and the date of the orientation.It would be great if someone can let me know the estimate time. I am an international student so I need to fly back to my home country for some paper works if I get accepted (very very hope so ^.^). I need to book for the tickets and everything so feeling very anxious now... :D

Hope I will gain more friends following the same dream as me here.

You'll find tons more information in the California forum. I'm assuming you mean the school is San Diego. It is very competitive by the way, also why not just mail your documents and parcels?

I have the information and have looked through the California forum. And yes the school I mentioned is Grossmont college in San Diego, CA and I am currently student there for my GE. I know it is very competitive to get in the program.

Here I only want to find someone also apply to discuss for fun and some date estimate from those who have applied before.

And for the paperwork, it relates to visa and update my passport as it's a long time since the last time I went back home. Therefore, I will need to to fly back there and get these stuffs done.

I was wondering if you got in to the program at Grossmont? I am getting ready to apply (for Spring 2015) and was wondering what your total points were when you turned in your application. I am taking the TEAS next week and I am so nervous!
