Grossmont College Spring 2025 (San Diego)

Hi everyone! I'm starting a thread for Grossmont College's Spring 2025 admission. I've submitted my application and my stats are as follows: 94.0 TEAS; 4.0 GPA, which make 91 base points. I'm not sure if my language or personal statements will be accepted so I am at 91 points flat.

Wow those are great stats! I have 90 points if they accept my personal statement (90 TEAS, 3.67 GPA). Fingers crossed! Did you apply to any other programs?

Nice to connect with you. Likewise, those are good stats! It's so hard to tell if the personal statements will be accepted. Fingers crossed for sure. I've applied to National U, Palomar, and Grossmont so far. How about you?

Oh nice! I applied to Grossmont and CSU San Marcos. I am not of fan of Grossmont doing provisional acceptances until they see your transcripts! Can't I just give you my transcripts now?! Haha

Yeah that doesn't make any sense does it? Oh well, it's how they do it. It would be so easy to just upload our transcripts LOL

I know I can't wait! I looked on here for what other cohorts said about their timeframe and it looks like the absolute earliest we'd get an email is a month from when the application closed. Did you apply at any other programs?

Hey!! I've also applied with approximately 86-88 points. I'm really hoping to get in. I heard the lowest points to get in last semester was 85 points!

Ahh I can't wait any longer!! I did not because every college has a different set of requirements and I couldn't find a similar set like Grossmont's. Did you? I applied with 90/91 points with a potential +3 more points! So it all depends if they read my evaluation that I attached on my application if I get it 😕

Nice to connect with everyone! Glad this thread is picking up some momentum, finally. I'm around the same points as you. 91 before anything extra, thought I'm not hopeful about extra points. I read on another post about a previous cohort that some folks heard as early as a month after the application closed. Fingers crossed for us all!

I applied to CSU SAN Marcos but my chances don't look too good there tbh. I know what you mean about all the schools having different requirements! So crazy.
