I was just wondering if there are students out there who are planning to apply for the spring 2016 cohort at Grossmont College. Applications open soon, and I just want to create a thread for us, hopefuls! Lets all start having anxiety attacks together! :nailbiting:

@eacs94 I'm sorry to hear you didn't get in as well. I think I was in the high 70's. I won't give up and you shouldn't either.

I got the no-go email too, not the answer I was hoping for but at least I can stop waiting for an answer. I will just finish GE courses this semester and reapply in the spring while taking cna course. Just have to keep moving, any direction but backwards.

I have a questions. I am currently working on my pre-reqs for the nursing program at Grossmont. When can I apply to nursing school? If I am finished with all of them fall 16 do I have to wait and apply to fall 17. Or can you apply while taking the last of the prerequisites?

@jcmpilch you can apply during the winter break which is after the fall 2016. If accepted you will start on the Fall 2017 cohort.
