Grossmont College RN Program

Published

Who has applied recently? I am trying to figure out if I am even in the ballpark:( I missed the next set of points in two categories by .07 of a point and .2 of a point:( Ugh!! That is 8 points that I did not get that I needed! I will have 71 points by the time I submit my application in late July for the Spring 2014 cohort. I am getting worried that I am never going to make it into a program. I have 5 Bs and 2 As and 1 C in the pre-requisite science and core classes (I have A, B+ and B in the sciences). They only take your first time taking a class for consideration, so taking them again, would not help.

For those of you that have applied and got in, what were your scores roughly? I know ever semester is different. Also, what other San Diego Area schools did you apply for or get in? What was your score?

Thanks!!

Has anyone had any experience? Thanks!

Surely there are people who have applied and gotten into the Grossmont Rn program or other San Diego schools. Can't anyone provide any insight?

I just applied at Grossmont College's RN Program this month and I hope i hear something from them within this year. I did the Advance Placement Application since I'm a nursing student from another university who wants to transfer. I hope i get in.

I am applying in a few weeks. I didn't know they had an advanced placement sign up? What are your points? Do you have to do the points? What school are you transferring from?

I will have between 73-78 points depending on my TEAS, I'll let you know if I get in.
