Hey guys, did anyone interview at El Monte hospital and what is their 2nd panel interviews like?

I work for one of their sister hospitals and when I got interviewed as a new grad a few years ago, the interview consisted of all the unit directors and some other management level people bombarding you with all types of questions.

I had that for my first interview. The second interview is coming up and I don't know what to expect. The people I spoke to said they only had 1 interview. This year there is two so I don't know what else to expect. Any information is helpful. :yes:
