I found taking the lead helped..most just want to be told what to do...then most will do good work....and 1 will just do the minimum, lol My marks were always high enough.....so I knew a low grade in the group project wasnt going to hurt me,lol but somehow we always did well. 1 of my instructors actually did her RN to BSN at GCU and I had a nice chat with her after the class was over....she was well aware of the group frustrations, she faced the same issues as a student. But I bet its the same at all schools.LOL thank you! I am trying to hang in there.. I was just going through my group forum shaking my head... this can't end soon enough!!
I would say I was happy to take the lead give a few options and ask for theirs...normally they would just say option B looks good, lol and then ask for volunteers..giving a deadline for everything. I found most just wanted to be told what to do and be left alone, lol KISS..keep it super simple....And I would post a fair bit in the forum, so they could not say I was not involved or offered to help. Keep all posts in the forum as the prof can see them. good luckYes, that is true. I will just have to start grabbing the bull by the horns and tell people whats up! lol Thank you Flames9!
For GCU's Stats class are there papers required to be written??? Please I hope not! If there are I am going to seriously consider testing out...if I can even pass LOL!
no papers to write..at least when I did it and I know the class has changed since then. But one does have to show all their work..so no BS'ing, lol

I will be starting HLT-362V Applied Statistics for Health Care Professionals very soon at GCU. I'm wondering if anyone that has already taken it has any information about the class itself. What can be expected? Any tips on grasping this horrible (for me) class? How is the class composed? Are there papers? group projects?
We've heard through the grapevine that there are youtube videos made by GCU students but they are nowhere to be found. Any truth to this rumor?
I really appreciate any info you can provide.
Thanks!
