Nursing Students School Programs

Has anyone applied for the GCU nursing program for Fall 2017?

If yes, would you mind dropping your GPA and HESI score(s)?

Also, does anyone know the time frame that we're looking at before we figure out if we're in or not?

Same. I've been checking my email constantly since I found that out. If they're sticking by their word, we should know in between May 30th - June 6th and the latest being the 15th. Hopefully, we'll all know by then!

I am applying for Fall too. My GPA is 3.78, but low hesi scores (86%). I hope I will get in there.

Welcome to the countdown Yal. We have another thread going at https://allnurses.com/online-nursing-schools/gcu-fall-2017-a-1097906.html if you want to come over there too.

So, as per usual, we can't rely on SSA's to give proper information since it's literally almost the end of the 2-3 weeks that we were supposedly going to get the acceptance result emails. I'm going to go ahead and guess that we're going to have to wait until the 15th.

Ya I wouldn't get my hopes up for an earlier email! I mean, I'll still be checking everyday, but I really doubt they'll come sooner than June 15

It's pretty much the end of the 3rd week so we're most likely going to find out next week on the 15th or soon after.

Is anyone who didn't get accepted for fall 2017 applying for spring 2018? If so, would you mind sharing test scores & gpa? It's my first time applying and I'm so nervous!

Does anyone know if GCU is no longer accepting transfer students, or do they only accept people straight out of highschool?

Are you guys referring to the cep GCU program, or just traditionally applying to GCU nursing program? I had talked to an advisor and was told they only accept first time freshman so people fresh out of high school, and they are no longer accepting transfer students, so you can have taken any college credits or your automatically disqualified from the program . I'm trying to get into GCU and I'm not sure of the best route. I was also told by the advisor that they don't offer the fast track program anymore :/ Very confusing information.
