graduation gift question

Hello everyone!

I am unsure if this is the right place for this, but I thought id give it a try. My best friend is graduating nursing school next week and id love to make her a unique gift for her first year of nursing. I would like to buy a diary and fill it with topics for her to write about regarding her first year, including the good, the bad and the crazy Its meant to be a choose a random page and write sort of thing. She loves to write!

Things I've been able to come up with are:

Things that I never thought I'd do

Procedures I saw

Something that touched me

I never would have expected...

Things I wish nursing school would have taught me

Any other ideas? Im open to all! Anything interesting works! What would you like to write about?
