Graduating from a school in NY in May, moving to Boston....need help!

Hi all - I'm graduating from a school in Syracuse, NY in May and plan to move to Boston asap. I know that Mass does not hire GN's. I've heard some hospitals hire you, have you orient to the hospital, and you can start once you pass your boards. I have a few questions.

How do you go about taking your NCLEX in Mass?

Any advice on what hospitals to look at for a new nurse with an associates degree? I know many Boston hospitals do not hire assoc. degree nurses...what about in the surrounding area??

I've heard so many nay sayers and would love some feedback at this point. Thank You!
