Graduates of Rockland BOCES

Is there any graduates of the Rockland BOCES LPN program that can tell me how the program went for them?

I graduated june 95 ,fulltime for one year. The teachers are different now , Irene Lang was the head teacher at the BERC site in Nyack , She is great .I heard she is teaching at the site in west nyack on parrot road.

I loved it , 98% of my class graduated and pass the boards.

Thank you for responding! Did you have 2 books at the time you enrolled in the program?, are they going to supply more? Because I have a friend who enrolled in another LPN program and they have alot more books. What supplies do you think would be useful in the program? If you don't mind me asking.

Two large books ,more like dictionaries one for basic nursing and the other med/surg. I didnt use any other books ,the teachers gave out packets full of info . Some of my classmates bought books to get a better or description of the subject we were on if they couldn't grasp it from the books or packets we already had.Some had a hard time with psychiatric nursing.
