Please help me. I'm so devastated. I failed my NCLEX at 75 questions. I don't know how to stand up again after this downfall, I aced my CGFNS qualifying exam with flying colors but failed my NCLEX :'( I'm studying everyday so hard. Focused and have always faith. How can they fail a person if he only wants to care for people at their weakest and most vulnerable moments :'( Help me please.

Perhaps you have test anxiety? I took nclex 3 times, passed minimum qs with uworld. good luck for you

As a lot of others have mentioned, I've heard a lot of good things about the Hurst review. Along with the strategies others have shared in this thread, I would also like to share a mindset that may help: quality over quantity. When most of my class was studying for the NCLEX, many talked about how many questions they were working daily and equating it to how "hard" they were studying for the NCLEX. Honestly, it kind of freaked me out because I would work maybe 50 questions tops in a day, but I spent a lot of time analyzing the wording of the questions and the rationales.

Basically, instead of powering through the review books, I wanted to take a moment to point out that taking the time to understand how you study best is invaluable. There were many students in my nursing program who wrecked themselves, despite being smart, because they did not take good care of their mental health (stress) and studied in ways that made them feel better rather than necessarily doing what was most effective for them.

All the best!
