Graduated almost year and half ago findind it hard to find a nursing job

As the thread said "..." So I've been looking for work for almost three months (had to write CRNE 3x, passed July 2013) and finally I was interviewed for a nursing home job but while at the interview I realized I didn't know much about some of what where being asked. I just glad I had an interview cuz now I'm going to review the things I didn't know and hopefully do better next time. My big concern is that I've been looking for work since July and still nothing. As time goes on I know I'm no longer marketable.

My question is, what I can do to make myself more marketable? Any advice?
