graduate from online program?

I currently have my LPN degree and am getting floated with all

these offers for online LPN to BSN what do you think? Does it work?

I did my LPN-RN online via excelsior. Check for schools which are accredited, and accepted by your BON. Compare costs too.

coolvibes-- So what did you think of it? Would you do it again? Was it really hard? My problem is there are many skills I have not done since nursing school and I am worried I will not remember.

Yep i'll do it again As long as you study its ok. As for the skills part, i didn't have that much skills. I had only worked in LTC where we didn't do ivs. We only had simple wounds. They give you a guide for the cpne which evaluates your clinical skills. They have critical elements you have to follow to pass. The only thing is the anxiety level.There are also programs out there which help with the clinical prep.
