Hello, I'm graduating in May, and need to interview a graduate nurse for my Leadership class. Would anyone care to answer them? I know everyone is so busy, but I'd appreciate any help.

2. If been in the role of Charge Nurse, when did the RN initially take the Charge nurse role (after how many months, etc).

3. What type of orientation to your position did you have? Was it satisfactory, Why or why not?

5. What was your experience prior to accepting the RN position?

6. What was the most valuble thing you learned in nursing school to prepare you for this new role?

7. Did you feel nursing school adequately prepared you for this position? Why or why not?

9. What do you see as your wakest area in nursing?

10. What was your greatest fear during the transition from Student Nurse to Graduate Nurse?

11. Where do you see yourself in 1 year? 5 years?
