grades & cardiac

1. It seems that alot of students in our class who are borderline pass/fail really dislike the students that seem to excel in our program. I am not talking about the students who are know it alls I am talking about the students who dont tell there grades unless they are ask. If you do really good they all say you must have cheated or you suck up to the teacher. I could care less what they think because I am proud of the grades I make because I earn every point that I make. Has any one else ran across this in there program?

2. Does anyone know of any good sites to study cardiac and cardiovascular diseases?
