GOT THE POP-UP!! Took NCLEX-RN for 3rd time today...

I am thankful to God that I received the pop-up. Though I still have to wait to receive the official results, it brings a load of relief. This was my 3rd time taking it and hopefully my last. Thank you all so much for you inputs on what to study and what helped you. It has certainly helped me much. I will keep you updated within 48hrs!!!! :yeah:

I did lots of questions! I studied for about 2 months. Know your content and practice your critical thinking skills. I used Saunders Comprehensive Review 4th Edition, Saunders Question & Answer 4th Edition, and Kaplan. I took the Kaplan online review, which provides you the Qbank and the 7 Question Trainer tests. I used Saunders for the review for content and did questions from Saunders. However, I do believe that Kaplan was what enabled me to tackle the NCLEX questions. The Kaplan questions are MORE similar to NCLEX style vs Saunders. I highly suggest to take Kaplan or at least invest in the qbank.

congrats for passing the boards!... i just wanna ask you re: kaplan review.. i am using it right now and i noticed that my scores in Qtrainer are all in 58%.. but whenever i review each question i get about 75-89%.. i know my scores were really bad coz they want u to get between 62-65% on all the QT.. what are the chances of getting a higher score on the multiple times of redoing the QT??!!.. and Qbank-- i have used all the 1180+ questions and i have familirized myself with most of the questions.. but i don't know if i am ready to take the test.

im sorry about the questions i made above.. it is "what are the chances of passing the NCLEX if i do multiple times of practicing the question trainer with almost perfect score??!!"..

I think your ready.. your scores on Kaplan were very close to mine and I passed Dec 5th. Dont wait to long..

how long did you study for it??!!.. i've been studying for a month now.. anyway thanks for the enlightment :-)... yeah i'd prolly take it before xmas just to get over with..;)

I studied hard for about 2-3 weeks. I really felt prepaired after Kaplan..
