WAY TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work in high risk OB, and I tell you I really appreciate knowing I have some one there that can take over the baby care when they come to early !! NICU is a very special place .......... My nephew lived for 6 months after being born at term, he spent half of that time in the NICU. The nurses made a very difficult time bearable, they and you are a very special breed CONGRATS !!!! and good luck !!:balloons:

Hi, just wanted to post that I was offered and excepted a position in the NICU. I graduate and take the boards in May. I smiled for 2 hours after I got the job. I am so happy. It really helped my confidence in regards to accepting this position as a new from all of the posts and discussions that the NICU nurses provide on this board. I feel that there are alot of people who support the idea of new grads in the NICU and have confidence we will do well. So thanks everyone!
