Got a C in English

I just finished my Engl. Comp II course for the summer semester. The grading they use is a little weird but you write 6 papers that have to be accepted before you are able to take the C-Test. After taking this test and getting that paper accepted you have a C in the course. If you want you can then do an AB paper for a grade of either an A or a B. Well, Monday was our last class and I had to miss due to my father being admitted to the hospital for chest pains and I missed the chance to turn in my AB paper. So I am sure I have a C in the class. So far I have managed to keep a 4.0, do you guys think I should retake the course?

does your school allow re-taking of a subject that you passed? a lot of schools will only let you re-take a subject if you made a D or F or withdrew.

has your professor turned in grades yet? maybe you can tell your prof your situation?

You know I haven't even thought about that!! I guess I should look in to that :) As far as the instructor turning in the grades I have e-mailed her letting her know my situation but have not yet received a response. I recognize that we have had a holiday and she probably has not checked her e-mail but if I don't hear something today I will try again.
