I've posted about looking for a job as a CNA in the L&D unit nearby, and hopefully being a RN there, too someday. Does anyone have any good sites on hand that have a lot of info (conditions, abbreviations, examples, whatever) about L&D, labor, baby, pregnancy health I can use to catch up on?
Thanks!

try www.nice.org.uk
for guidelines based on evidence for intrapartum care, caesarean birth, efm and antenatal care.
try the who publication care in normal birth at:
http://www.who.int/reproductive-health/publications/msm_96_24/msm_96_24_table_of_contents.en.html
and lastly try managing complications in pregnancy and childbirth for midwives and doctors. very basic but has great overview of physiology and positions etc.
