Good Samaritan hospital in San Jose, NICU culture?

Is anyone familiar with Good Samaritan Hospital's NICU? I know it's an HCA hospital, but wanting to know if it's worth it! It's one of the few level III NICUs I've had a chance at interviewing with, so wanted to find out what people really think!
