Good Sam RN Residency Program

Hey! I was just wondering if anyone out there applied for the Good Sam RN Residency Program. I applied last month and have not heard anything yet. I did get a link to fill out some sort of questionnaire type thing, but no phone call yet. I am crossing my fingers, toes, and everything for this residency program!

I'm waiting too. This would be such a great opportunity. Their FAQ page stated that the selection process should be finished by the end of June. So I will cross my fingers with you. I sincerely wish you the best luck-I am happy for any new grad to get this kind of job right now. Do you have an ADN or BSN? I have a BA in another field, and an ADN. I graduated with honors. Yet, I do not know if that will be enough.

Good Luck! I will keep you posted.

hey! yes, it would be an amazing opportunity. i will cross fingers for both of us. i have a bachelor's in public health with an emphasis on health promotion as well as an ADN. did you get sent that online survey?

Hello cheez1285,

I also had the survey link-hope I am psychologically sound enough :lol2: My BA lends itself to nursing-not quite so much as yours (very impressive indeed). I do not want to say it yet, because it will so give up my identity to others that I know who frequent the boards. Still, nothing would make me happier than to meet you at, "Good Sam New Grad Orientation." Ahhhhhhh. It seems for the new grad programs that rejection letters/e-mails come on the weekends...I hold my breath until Monday, then hope for some kind of miracle call.

Wishing you the best of luck!
