Hello!

I am a new grad who just accepted a position on a stepdown pediatric unit, starts in 2 months. In that time I would like to prepare myself for the position and find good books to read on what the life of pediatric nurses are like, what to expect and so on.

Are there any books that you found helpful in your experience, what do you recommend?
