Good psych hospitals in Houston?

I'm planning to move to Houston in the future. I'm currently working for a hospital in NC that belongs to UHS so I assume I can easily transfer to the other UHS hospitals in Houston if I needed to. I was also looking at UT Harris County Psychiatric center and wanted to know how that compares to other UHS hospitals including Cypress Creek. Can someone give me a run down on different psych hospitals you've worked in and the pros and cons to each?
