Good nursing school in Dnipropetrovsk or elsewhere in Ukraine?

What nursing schools in Ukraine will best prepare a future nursing student for passing the NCLEX-RN and working in the USA as a nurse full time? Preferably this school should be in the Dnipropetrovsk region, but not necessary. Any advice is appreciated.

Just wondering why you would think schools would prepare you to work in another country? Most would prepare you to work in your own country
