I am a nurse from the Philippines and I am planning to apply to the Massachusetts BON as a nurse by examination.
Having that said, I am confused as to the requirements that I need to pass for the Good Moral Character Requirement. I have not committed any crime whatsoever in my country. I read somewhere that there are 6 questions that one must answer in order to determine the need for further explanation or documents but I can't find such questions even in the application form. What forms do I need to pass? Do I need to furnish the CORI form? Do I also need to send my current resume and evaluations/reference from a supervisor and program administrator. I am lost and I will really appreciate all your help. Thanks!

Hope this helps.
Thanks @mommaTy! I've actually read that days ago but I still feel confused. The 6 questions are not included in the application by examination but is included in the application for reciprocity.
@anna2015 I'll be happy to fill you in once everything is clear to me.
That would be nice. I'm looking forward to it.
