is it a good example???

id lyk to share one of my experience during our case presentation, wherein i was one of the PCI (Practicing Clinical Instructor) and I was handling the NCM (Nursing Care Management) 104.

During the day of the presentation, one of the panels is our NCM 105 instructor, wherein she had her masteral for MN and MAN, and she had a daughter in the lower year having NCM 103. During the presentation of her daughter she went out during the presentation, and after wards she return at the room, and during the deliberation she is just on the side listening without asking anything, and we noticed she put a grade on a sheet of paper and one of our Clinical Instructor told us that the group that i am handling had a low grade while the group of her daughter got a high grade wherein, thier presentation needs to be reformat because they had a very wrong assessment, pathophysiology and NCP..... and our CI told us that we had a lower grade because we did not present it on the LCD, while in fact on the day before the presentation we were told that the LCD projector is not available........... and i wondered and asked myself: is our grade only based on the LCD projector presentation or on how the individual presented the topic? or its just that one of the NCm 103 group presentors is the daughter of one of the panels???

is it really ethical for an RN, MN, MAN person??:crying2:
