Good books???!!!

I have been working in SICU for a year now and coming from ortho/neuro acute care, boy do I love it!!! The problem, I am having a really hard time finding information for the unit I work in, esp regarding hemodynamics and cardio-thoracic nursing. I need a book that starts from the basic and explains everything in detail. I will be starting to orient soon and find that I have a really hard time explaining to another person details about this subject, any help appreciated, Thanks in advance!!!:)
