I am scheduled to take my exam on April 22. I need something that has all the lab values I need to take my exam. I am pretty comfortable with the rest of the test I think, just worried about the lab questions. Only because I have never focused on memorizing the norms. Any suggestions?

Hello,

I just graduated in February and I used Saunder's fifth edition Laboratory Tests and Diagnostic Procedures. It was $42.95 at Books-A-Million. I absolutely love this book. I carried it with me for clinicals and kept it in my bag for quick reference. It contains over 900 diagnostic tests and is easy to use. It's very thorough, I highly recommend it. Good luck!

The labs that they may probably ask you about would also be in your Nursing Drug Guide...they normally want to ask about sodium, potassium, magnesium, digitalis, dilantin, etc...
