Going Solo as an agency

Hi, y'all.

So a couple of colleagues decided to cut out our respective nursing agencies, and start a small one of our own. I'm just wondering if any of you have done something similar, and if anyone has any experience in such a venture. I sure would like to pick some brains for some information on this matter.
