Going into dialysis, any good textbooks to read?

Ok short and sweet I am an ICU nurse with 5 years experience but am looking into going into dialysis. Are there any good textbook or any other suggested reading to prepare for the change?

hi, a lot of dialysis is on the job training and reading their policy and procedure book. i do have a book at home (at work right now) that i can give u the name of. also at the end of your orientation u will get sent away for about a week to learn more theory.hope this helps. by the way i am a certified dialysis tech waiting to get accepted for spring 09, and i ahave precepted nurses and techs. hope this helps. ps. i will email tonite that book:)
