Going back to work after being a stay at home mom, childcare advice needed!!!!

Hello! New here! I am going back to work after being a stay at home mom for a while. My husband and I have 4 children under 7. The 7 year old is in 1st grade and we have a 5 and 3 1/2 year old that go to preschool on Tues/Thurs. We also have an 11 month old. I am going to work pool and hopefully work nights and weekends. My husband works real estate so has a fairly flexible schedule. I don't know what my schedule will be on a month to month basis. I am trying to figure out what to do for childcare. Just wanted to get some feedback on what any of you have done who may have been in my situation before?? I'm getting a little stressed!
